Both schemes are shown on the attached preliminary drawings, linked to above, which have Planning Consent.
Units will range in size from 1055sqft to 2152sqft and will be available in multiple unit packages.
Units will be constructed on piled foundations, steel framed, clad with brick and profiled steel sheeting, complete with doors and windows and ready for fitting out.
Yard, car parking and landscaping will be provided.
